Stephanie Brown, LMT, LYT
She enjoys working with people and watching how they transform through the practice of yoga as it frees their bodies of physical limitations and moves their mind toward stillness and contentment. As an undergraduate student, Stephanie studied at Northern Arizona University and received her Bachelor's of Science in Recreational Therapy, with a minor in Psychology. Stephanie loves being the mother of her seven year old daughter, Saylor as they share new experiences in their love of hiking, animals and yoga. Stephanie also devotes her time to the study of yoga text in her pursuit of deepening her personal yoga practice.
