The Renegade Health Show at Mountain Waves

The Renegade Health Show is hitting the road and Kevin and Annmarie Gianni are traveling throughout the country in a "green" RV.  Powered by veggie oil, they are exploring the culture of natural health in America and sharing their experiences along the way.

During their stop in Flagstaff, Kevin and Annmarie visited Mountain Waves Healing Arts and produced a show segment about us and the holistic services we offer, especially our AquaZaé™ aquatic bodywork.

We had a great time during their visit and wish them much success on their journey and with their new book High Raw.  Check out the show segment below.

The Plank

This regularly schedule class is an integrative practice that uses a sequence of postures, breath techniques, imagery and even sound vibration to create the space for sitting meditation.  The next class is scheduled for Saturday February 28th.   Learn More Here
