 Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is any therapy that uses water to promote relaxation and/or rehabilitation.

The Hydrotherapy Tub is a single person jetted tub, filled exclusively for your session, in a private room.  The water and solitude help you emotionally decompress from the stress of the day.  The heat and circulation of the water also begin to loosen tight muscles before the start of your treatment.  The combined effect is a level of relaxation that makes your body treatment more enjoyable and effective.
1/2 hour add-on to a primary massage or bodywork session.  $20.

Steamed Towels are used to provide localized heat during your session to loosen areas of tension and facilitate systemic relaxation in order to trigger relaxation of the area being worked.  This therapy may be used as part of your primary massage or bodywork session.
No additional cost.

Ice Packs are used to complete a rehabilitation treatment for a specific problem.  Ice may be used in conjunction with scar tissue removal or deep myofascial release therapies where there is the potential for greater stimulation of the tissues.  Ice can also be used in combination with heat to generate relaxation.  This combination is particularly useful with clients suffering from headache.   This therapy may be used as part of your primary massage or bodywork session.
No additional cost.

AquaZaé - Aquatic Bodywork uses the resistance of the warm water to generate a sense of profound relaxation.  During a session, the therapist supports your body while they float you with rhythmic and flowing movements.  The weightless support provided by the water allows for total muscle relaxation and resulting freedom in the joints of the spine, hips, shoulders and limbs that is unattainable on dry land.
1 Hour Session.  $80.   Click here for more information.
